Our Export Documentation & Quality Assurance
At Hibiscus Valleys, we believe transparency is the foundation of successful international trade. Every shipment is supported by the appropriate export documentation to ensure our products meet international quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS), this certificate confirms that the shipment has been inspected and is free from regulated pests, diseases, and other plant health risks. It is a key requirement for the import of agricultural commodities into many countries.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Issued by an accredited laboratory, the Certificate of Analysis provides the scientific test results for the product. Depending on the commodity and buyer requirements, it may include parameters such as moisture content, purity, foreign matter, aflatoxin levels, oil content, microbiological analysis, and other quality specifications.
Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate
Issued by an independent, internationally recognized inspection agency, this certificate confirms that the shipment has been inspected prior to export. It verifies the product, quantity, packaging, labeling, container condition, and loading process to ensure the cargo matches the agreed contract specifications.
Fumigation Certificate
Issued by a licensed fumigation company, this certificate confirms that the cargo has been professionally treated to eliminate insects and other pests, helping preserve product quality during international transit and satisfying the import requirements of many destination countries.
Certificate of Origin
Issued by the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), this document certifies that the exported goods originate from Nigeria. It is commonly required for customs clearance and may allow buyers to benefit from applicable trade agreements.
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
These documents provide detailed information about the shipment, including product description, quantity, packaging, weight, pricing, and shipment details, ensuring accuracy and smooth customs processing.
At Hibiscus Valleys, we work with accredited laboratories, licensed inspection agencies, and relevant Nigerian regulatory authorities to ensure every shipment is fully documented, compliant, and ready for international markets.
